We are looking for a Vacation Property Manager to oversee the full operational management of a portfolio of short-term and seasonal rental properties, ensuring high service standards, strong occupancy, and efficient day-to-day coordination. This role is ideal for an organized, communicative, and commercially minded professional who can balance the needs of property owners, guests, external vendors, and internal teams. The Vacation Property Manager is responsible for coordinating reservations, check-ins and check-outs, housekeeping quality, maintenance activities, pricing strategy, and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.
In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining the positive reputation of the properties and delivering an excellent guest experience. You will monitor the performance of each property through metrics such as occupancy, average nightly rate, revenue, expenses, guest ratings, and repeat bookings. You will work actively with online booking platforms, updating listings, availability, pricing, and promotions, while responding quickly to market changes and seasonal trends. In addition, you will maintain regular communication with property owners by providing reports, recommendations for improvements, and transparency regarding financial and operational results.
The successful candidate has strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to coordinate external service providers, including cleaning teams, technicians, laundry services, supply vendors, and other partners, so that every property is prepared on time and maintained in excellent condition. The role also requires strong problem-solving abilities, as urgent situations, guest complaints, technical issues, or reservation changes may arise and require a fast and professional response.
